Marilyn Fritze

Marilyn represents a wide array of clients, including tenants, buyers, landlords, and sellers. With over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Marilyn brings a blend of professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm to every assignment. Her strong financing background and marketing experience have made her a trusted advisor. She will work tirelessly to obtain the highest price for her landlords and sellers and the ideal space for her tenant rep clients, searching for the best options for her clients and negotiating the transaction as if it were her own. She stays current on market conditions, has excellent communication skills, and will not rest until the ideal space is found.

Prior to joining Christianson & Company, Marilyn was at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where a large portion of her time was spent on property marketing, sale and leasing transactions, and financial analysis. Marilyn also has an extensive marketing background, working in several industries as a marketing executive. Marilyn graduated from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with a B.S. in Business/Finance. She is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) and enjoys volunteering at several non-profit organizations.

Marilyn enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends, including spending time at the family cabin near Osakis, Minnesota.
